Now I Help Others Do the Same.
If you have tried everything and nothing has worked, there may be a reason.
Mind-body coaching helps people with chronic pain that hasn’t responded to treatment find lasting relief.
The only coach I know of working at the intersection of grief and chronic pain.
No obligation. 30 minutes. We talk about what’s going on for you.
The people I work with have usually been through a lot before they find me. See if this resonates.
You’ve had scans, tests, and specialist visits — and nothing structural explains the pain, or what they found doesn’t fully explain how much you’re suffering.
Stress, emotions, or certain situations seem to make it worse.
You’ve been told it’s anxiety, stress, or “in your head” — by people who were supposed to
help.
The pain moves, shifts, or shows up in new places over time.
You’ve been told to “learn to live with it” — that this is just your life now.
You suspect there’s a mind-body connection, but don’t know what to do with that.
You’ve tried physical therapy, medication, or surgery — with limited or no lasting relief.
If you nodded at even two or three of these, what I do may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
I understand this both because I’ve lived it and because I’ve studied the nervous system science behind why it happens.
For many people, chronic pain isn’t just about tissue damage or structural issues — it’s also about a nervous system that’s learned to stay on high alert, interpreting normal sensations as danger long after any original injury has healed. That hypervigilance can keep pain, fatigue, and other symptoms going even when every test comes back normal, or even when structural issues are real but don’t fully explain what you’re experiencing.
My work draws on Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), somatic practices, and modern neuroscience to help your nervous system learn a new pattern — one where it’s not stuck bracing for the next flare. I also use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and positive psychology to work with the internal experiences and beliefs that often keep the nervous system locked in that state.

I Healed My Chronic Pain. Now I Help Others Do the Same.
My body was always trying to tell me something. I just didn’t know how to listen.
In college, six months after my grandmother died, I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Brain fog, exhaustion, headaches — while my friends were out living their twenties, I was hiding in my bedroom.
My parents died four years apart, almost to the day. My father — my favorite person on the planet — went first, and a year later my stomach became a disaster. Then my mother died, and my back went. I crawled on the floor some mornings. I had real structural issues — scoliosis, herniated discs, stenosis. A physical therapist once told me, “You’re not 90. You should be able to bend further than this.” I knew. I knew it better than anyone.
After years of suffering and feeling hopeless, I finally found MindBody work. My structural issues were real, but my brain had also become hypervigilant — and that hypervigilance was making everything worse than the structural issues alone could explain.
Today, my stomach is fine, my CFS is in remission, and I’m back doing advanced Pilates — the body that couldn’t bend now moves the way it was always meant to.
That’s the work I do with my clients. Not because I read about it — because I lived it, and because I found my way through.
Today, I use everything I learned—PRT, somatic work, IFS, and modern pain neuroscience—to help others find their own way through.
