How We Begin
Complimentary Discovery Call | 30 minutes
We start with a brief conversation to explore what you’re experiencing and determine if we’re a good fit. This is a chance for you to ask questions and for us to see if my approach aligns with what you need.
Initial Intake Session | 90 minutes | $500
Our first working session is an extended intake where we explore your pain and grief patterns, begin creating your personalized pathway forward, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together.
Ongoing Support
Individual Sessions | $350 per session
After your intake, we continue working together for as long as your healing requires. Some clients work with me for several months, others for years. We’ll find the rhythm that serves your process.
This is sustained, deep work—I work best with people who are ready to commit to their transformation over time.
A note on accessibility: Many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for sessions when their physician provides a Letter of Medical Necessity for mind-body coaching as part of their chronic pain treatment plan. I work collaboratively with clients’ medical teams and provide itemized receipts. I also maintain a small number of sliding scale spots for clients who genuinely couldn’t access this work otherwise.
Sessions can include:

I work at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic healing, and lived experience. Having navigated debilitating chronic pain and profound grief myself, I understand what it’s like when nothing else has worked.
My practice is selective and referral-based. I work with people who are ready for genuine transformation—not quick fixes or symptom management, but deep healing that addresses root causes.
